Return Shipping Policy
At The Strnwatch, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your backpack, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund, exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your backpack must be unused, without body Oder, perfumes, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start your return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@thestrnwatch.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Prepare Your Package: Place the backpack in its original packaging, including any detachable accessories, and securely seal the package. Please include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation inside the package. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your backpack for a different color, style, or size, please contact our Customer Support team at support@thestrnwatch.com We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Defective Items
If your backpack arrives defective, please contact us immediately at support@thestrnwatch.com We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international returns, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
